Search for a BC SPCA location
About our locations
We have several types of locations that help domestic, wild and farm animals in various ways throughout the province.
Animal centres
Our many animal centres provide shelter and care for homeless domestic animals in need. Animals are admitted, cared for and adopted into new homes.
Education and adoption centres
Our education and adoption centres have a variety of animals waiting for new homes. They also hold education programs throughout the year, including summer camps. Our centres feature a variety of BC SPCA merchandise and products for your pets.
Adoption partners
We partner with local retailers and veterinary clinics that host offsite adoption centres. If you are looking for a cat, kitten or rabbit please search our online database. Interested in becoming a BC SPCA satellite adoption site? Contact us today.
Large animal recovery and adoption barns
Horses and farm animals are cared for and rehabilitated after being rescued from abusive or neglectful situations. If you are interested in adopting from a barn, please contact them to make arrangements.
Wild Animal Rehabilitation Centre
Also known as BC SPCA Wild ARC, this is the only wildlife rehabilitation centre on southern Vancouver Island. They treat thousands of wild animals 365 days a year from throughout the region.
Veterinary hospitals and spay/neuter clinics
Our hospitals and spay/neuter clinics offer a wide variety of veterinary services to adoptive guardians and the public. Find out more about the services they offer by visiting their websites.
BC SPCA retail store
Shop for the animals! You can shop the BC SPCA store online or pick up select items at your local BC SPCA branch. Availability of products is different at every location and new items are added throughout the year!
Thrift stores
BC SPCA thrift stores help raise money for the animals. Donate directly to them, or shop for gently used goods such as housewares, clothing, furniture, books, appliances and more.
BC SPCA Animal Helpline
Our Animal Helpline is staffed by operators who take reports of animal cruelty, neglect and animals in distress, including wildlife. They also answer general inquiries about the BC SPCA and act as a general information line for the BC Pet Registry. To connect with the BC SPCA Animal Helpline, please call toll free 1-855-622-7722.
Provincial office
The BC SPCA is led by a team of senior officers and managers who oversee the day to day operations of the entire organization. Our provincial office is the hub of administration, finance, fundraising, animal welfare and education programs for all of our facilities.
