Welcome to the BC SPCA’s Good Shepherd Barn in Surrey, B.C. Our goal is to ensure that abused, injured and neglected farm animals receive the urgent veterinary care and rehabilitation they need and are adopted to new guardians who will provide them with a safe and happy environment.  We are one of 44 BC SPCA locations serving our province’s most vulnerable animals. The BC SPCA is a not-for-profit organization which relies primarily on community donations to help animals in need. Please join us in the fight against animal cruelty!
