As you may have heard, Kiki the eight-month-old pomeranian was living in tragic conditions, suffering from old fractures and an open skin infection that caused her skin to rot. We are so thankful that someone took a moment to call the BC SPCA Animal Helpline to report their concerns. This led to an animal protection officer investigating and negotiating to have Kiki quickly surrendered into shelter care.
