The Penticton and Kelowna Branches of the BC SPCA are caring for a large intake of young cats surrendered on Jan. 30.

The cats are suffering from upper respiratory infections and other medical issues. Hoarding is extremely challenging (the same individual has previously surrendered 164 cats to the BC SPCA) and the animals suffer as a result. Please donate now to help care for these innocent animals.
