Due to COVID-19 and resulting economic downturn within our communities, the BC SPCA Shuswap Branch currently has funding available for subsidized spay/neuters for cats of low income families.
This offer is only available for a limited time and for up to 50% of surgery costs with proof of income.
How can you take advantage of this program?
- Fill in the form below.
- Staff will schedule a time/day for you to pick up and pay for your voucher within five business days. Proof of low-income must be provided at the time to receive the voucher.

Salmon Arm, V1E 2X2 - At your scheduled appointment time, take your cat and the voucher to the appointment for your low cost spay/neuter procedure.

What if I don’t live in the Shuswap area?
Unfortunately the grant is available only to Shuswap area residents. We are continuing to look for funding opportunities to offer a similar service to other areas in need.
