Sydney Redpath is a marketing, corporate communications and government relations executive experienced in crafting and executing purpose-based campaigns targeting consumer, industry and community groups.
Her tenure as Director of Marketing for one of British Columbia’s largest tourism marketing programs in BC’s Central Interior and Central Coast included overseeing B2C programs and industry engagement, as well as reputation management and developing specialized business resiliency programs throughout COVID-19 and natural disasters.
Sydney’s current role as Director of Communications for DIGITAL, Canada’s Global Innovation Cluster for digital technologies, includes responsibility for the organization’s corporate brand and communications targeting private industry and multiple levels of government. As an independent not-for-profit, DIGITAL co-invests alongside Canadian industry and academia to create digital innovations that tackle some of our biggest challenges in health, natural resources and workforce development.
With her Bachelor’s in Finance and Marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia, Sydney also has a Public Leadership Credential from the Harvard Kennedy School and is currently taking a mini-MBA program through McGill University. Sydney additionally sits on the Board of the Canadian Mental Health Association for Northern BC. She also received distinction as a Top Figure Under 40 from the Prince George Chamber of Commerce in 2023.
