What changes are happening:
We are in the process of making your online giving experience even better. Starting in August, we will be upgrading our payment processing system and transitioning to a new and improved provider to process online donations including your generous monthly gift.
What this means for recurring donors:
The main aim of this change is to improve how we process and manage your caring donations, and to provide you with a more seamless giving experience.
As we complete the process, you may notice that your next monthly gift is charged on a different day than usual. You may also see a slightly different name on your credit card statement moving forward. These are not things to be concerned about and are to be expected.
During the transition period, we ask that you refrain from making any changes online to your PAW Plan gift or associated payment method. If you need to make urgent changes during this time, please contact our Generosity Services team at donations@spca.bc.ca or 1-855-622-7722 and we will be happy to help you.
What happens when the transition is complete:
Once the transition is complete, we will let all online recurring donors know and share access instructions for your improved Donor Portal. The new portal will allow you to easily:
- Adjust your donation amount and regular payment date
- Edit your payment method
- Pause your donation plan
- Download receipts
- View your donation history and more
