Lisa is a former senior executive who uses her governance, financial and business expertise to support not-for-profit organizations serving the needs of the community. She is a strategic and thoughtful leader, with broad executive experience overseeing finance, human resources, marketing and communications and facilities.
Lisa was formerly the CFO and then the SVP of Enterprise Services at Vancity. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Powersmart and Customer Care for BC Hydro. Lisa has earned the CPA.CA and ICD.D designations as well as a BBA from SFU.
Lisa currently serves as a director of the Rick Hansen Foundation, the Great Vancouver Food Bank and the SPCA. She is a former Chair of the Board of the YWCA-Metro Vancouver and has served as Chair of the Finance Committees of the GVFB, the Canadian Sport Institute-Pacific and the Vancouver Community College boards.
Lisa spends as much time as possible on the trails around Vancouver and couldn’t imagine doing so without her dog by her side. She is a long-term donor of the BC SPCA and is committed to supporting solutions to keep pets and families together.
