Eileen Scott was a going concern for pretty much all of her life. Busy working in the West Vancouver corridor from the early years when the Lions Gate Bridge first opened in 1939 as private secretary to the Surveyor for the Guinness Family as it developed the British Properties. A bachelorette all her life with many a proposal but she preferred to spend her free time riding horses and enjoying country life and leading the life as an independent woman. She adored animals and was always mindful of the BC SPCA work for the local shelter. It was easy for her to decide where she would like to leave a legacy and has even donated to buy a Police Dog for the West Vancouver Police Dept. Eileen passed away at a ripe old age of 92.
