What better way to ring in the new year than with a new kitten?

Alley and the rest of her litter were surrendered to the BC SPCA North Peace Community Animal Centre just a couple weeks before Christmas in 2021.

We knew it wouldn’t be long before Alley found her forever home—she was tiny, charming and would be the purrfect addition to the right home.

At the start of January 2022, Valynda and her family met Alley at the shelter. Sure enough, they felt an instant connection with Alley and couldn’t wait to bring her home.

One month on from adopting Alley, Valynda has shared an update with us:

“Alley joined our family in the beginning of the year. She has brought us great joy and certainly keeps her big dog on his toes.

We love watching her grow. Alley is a very curious kitten—she loves to see what is going on at all times. She also tries to help when I’m working from home.

Alley has been so wonderful and such a fun addition to our family. Thank you!”
