To assist with the adoption process, the BC SPCA provides the following pet adoption matching surveys. The information you provide helps us match you with the right animal companion for your lifestyle and household.
Please download and email competed applications with the name and ID# of the animal to the branch the animal is located (branch location and ID# can be found in the ‘About me’ section of their adoption profile).
Applicants must be 19 years of age or older.
*Note: Dogs and cat adoption applications are done online here.
