Thank you so much for sharing your love and devotion with the animals! If you have already searched your inbox and junk mail folders and can’t find your receipt, you can receive a copy of your receipt in one of the following ways:
- Donation made via our website: Please enter your email on our donation platform, Fundraise Up. You will be sent a link to login to your Donor Portal and will be able to access your receipts.
If you cannot find the receipt you are looking for, please contact the Generosity Services team at donations@spca.bc.ca. - Donation to a Champions for Animals, Lock-In for Love or photo contest fundraiser: Please email the Generosity Services team at donations@spca.bc.ca with the first and last name used to make your kind donation. They can send you a copy of your receipt.
- Monthly donation that receives one consolidated tax receipt: Your receipt will be mailed or emailed to you before the end of February. If you would like to make a change to your ongoing monthly gift please see the Update your monthly gift section below.
- Lottery ticket purchase: Please note that, per CRA guidelines, Lottery ticket purchases are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
- Donation via mail, phone, or at your local animal centre: Please email the Generosity Services team at donations@spca.bc.ca with the first and last name used to make your kind donation. They can send you a copy of your receipt.
- Monthly donations: Most monthly donors receive a single consolidated tax receipt annually. Your receipt will be mailed or emailed to you before the end of February.
Update your monthly gift
If you would like to make a change to your monthly gift, including updating your payment information, pausing or skipping a gift, or cancelling your loving recurring gift:
- For monthly donations processed through our website: Please enter your email on our donation platform, Fundraise Up, here. You will be sent a link to login to your Donor Portal and will be able to make any adjustments.
- For monthly gifts processed through our office: Please contact the Generosity Services team at donations@spca.bc.ca.
