On your mobile
Chrome, Edge, Firefox (Android/iOS):
- Tap on the PDF file attached to your email (or receipt link if applicable)
- It should automatically open in your device’s default PDF viewer or browser. if not, it may prompt you to download
Safari (iOS):
- Tap on the PDF file attached to your email (or receipt link if applicable)
- It should open in Safari’s built-in PDF viewer. If not it may prompt you to download. To update the default program, there isn’t a direct option on iOS, but Safari is typically the default PDF viewer

On your desktop computer
Chrome
- If the PDF is already downloaded to your computer, you should be able to simply drag and drop the PDF into Chrome while the browser is open.
- If the PDF is still in your email, click on the PDF receipt link. It should automatically open in Chrome’s built-in PDF viewer. If not, it may prompt you to download.
Edge
- If the PDF is in your email, clicking on the PDF receipt link should open it directly in Edge’s PDF viewer.
- If not, it may prompt you to download.
Firefox
- If the PDF is in your email, clicking on the PDF receipt link should open it directly in Firefox’s PDF viewer.
- If not, it may prompt you to download.
To update the default program for any of these browers, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the file.
- Select “Open with” > “Choose another app”.
- Choose Chrome/Edge/Firefox and select “Always use this app to open .pdf files”.
Safari
- Click on the PDF receipt link
- It should open in Safari’s built-in PDF viewer. If not, it may prompt you to download
To update the default program on macOS, follow these steps:
- Right-click on any PDF file
- Select “Get Info”
- In the “Open with” section, choose Safari and click “Change All”
