A note about summer camps: Did someone say summer camps? An early heads up that summer camp schedules will be available online beginning Mar. 15. Registration will go live online on Mar. 28 at 12:00 p.m. Sign up at the bottom of this page to be notified when registration opens.


Spring break: The BC SPCA Humane Education team is excited to welcome youth across B.C. to our spring break programs in Coquitlam (Tri-Cities), Kamloops, Kelowna, Maple Ridge, Nanaimo and Victoria. Registration for spring break camps is open now.


COQUITLAM (TRI-CITIES)

Event: Mini-camp
Date: Mar. 19 to 21 
Ages
: 8 to 11
Where: BC SPCA Tri-Cities Education & Adoption Centre: 1-2565 Barnet Hwy, Coquitlam
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (drop-off begins 30 minutes prior to event start time; pick-up extends 30 minutes after event end time)
Cost: $135

Calling all youth who want to make the world a better place for pets, people and the planet! Join us for this three-day mini-camp where we will explore issues faced by our furry friends, through activities, hands-on learning stations and guest speakers! We will explore animal behaviour, create ‘paw-some’ enrichment opportunities for the animals in our care, and meet some of them along the way. Parents and guardians are invited to view our ideal habitat creations at an end-of-camp learning showcase! You don’t want to miss it!

Are you interested in learning more about how to make the lives of our feline friends, canine companions and neighbours in nature the best they can be? Then join us at this three-day mini-camp! Through games, crafts, guest speakers, and animal interactions participants will explore how to help animals live happy, healthy lives!

A BC SPCA mini-camp experience for junior campers! Children are invited to join us to learn how to safely interact with pets, through playing games, reading stories, doing crafts and exploring ways to be heroes for animals and the environment.

Become a youth animal ambassador and help the BC SPCA in making a difference for all animals!
