Important to note:
- Number of applicants: We often receive multiple applications for one animal. When this occurs, we choose the first right match after carefully reviewing all applications. If there is a potential match with an animal, staff will be in touch with you shortly to arrange next steps.
- Volume and responses: Due to the current volume of applications being received for each animal, we may not be able to get back to everyone who applied. If this happens, we deeply apologize and hope you understand that we are doing our best to find animals new homes so we can help others in need.
- Finding a match: If a particular animal doesn’t seem to be the right match, we’re confident that there is another animal who will be a great fit for you. We hope that you will continue to search for a new companion on our adoption website. Important: please register an account and set up email alerts for types of animals you are interested in! You’ll get an email when a match occurs.
