Victoria is an experienced Board Chair and Director, who brings 20+ years of progressive and broad executive experience. Throughout her career, most recently as the Chief People Officer of a US public technology company and now as a Fractional Business Consultant, Victoria works cross functionally providing executive oversight of people strategy and driving holistic operational excellence.
Victoria has experience from pre-IPO to public (including going public via a SPAC), total rewards, international acquisitions, offshoring, and culture integration. Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. Victoria is Past Chair of the Board of The BC SPCA, and also served as a Director at Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver.
